One Breathwork

with Master Luke

From Mind to Body. From Thought to Feeling.

The breath is something we carry with us every moment of our lives, yet most of us rarely stop to explore its potential.

For Luke, breathwork has become one of the most powerful pathways into greater self-awareness, connection and personal transformation. Since beginning his own breathwork journey in 2015, he has explored and facilitated a range of breathing practices, developing a deep appreciation for the ways conscious breathing can influence our relationship with the body, emotions and mind.

Today, he brings years of practice, facilitation and lived experience to the spaces he creates for others.

What Is Breathwork?

Breathwork is the intentional use of breathing patterns to influence our physical, emotional and mental state.

Because the breath is closely connected to the nervous system, changing the way we breathe can change the way we feel. Depending on the practice, conscious breathing can be used to cultivate calm and presence, build awareness of the body, support emotional awareness or explore deeper states of consciousness.

But breathwork is not simply about the technique.

It is about developing a different relationship with yourself.

The breath can bring our attention away from the constant activity of the mind and back into the body - into sensation, emotion, presence and awareness.

Sometimes we need to become quiet enough to hear what is already within us.

Holding Space

A significant part of Luke's role as a facilitator is not simply teaching a breathing technique.

It is holding space.

Creating an environment where people feel safe enough to relax, explore and meet whatever arises without judgement.

Luke's facilitation style is grounded in presence, compassion and attentive listening. His intention is to create a supportive space where participants can feel comfortable being exactly where they are.

Participants repeatedly describe these qualities in their feedback, highlighting his calm presence, authenticity, professionalism and ability to make people feel supported throughout their journey.

The breath may open the door. The facilitator's role is to help create a space where you feel safe enough to walk through it.

What You May Explore

Every person arrives with something different. You may simply want to learn new breathing practices, slow down and reconnect with your body, or feel called to explore deeper emotional and embodied experiences.

Depending on the style of session, breathwork may provide an opportunity to explore:

Presence & Awareness
Become more connected to your body, breath and immediate experience.

Stress & Regulation
Explore breathing practices that can support calm, grounding and greater awareness of your nervous system.

Emotional Awareness
Develop greater awareness of emotions and the ways they are experienced within the body.

Self-Discovery
Move beyond habitual thought patterns and explore different aspects of yourself.

Connection
Reconnect with yourself and, in group settings, experience the power of shared human presence.

The intention is not to chase a particular outcome. It is to become more present to what is here.

Individual & Group Sessions

Luke has facilitated breathwork across a variety of settings, from private one-to-one work and intimate groups to larger workshops and facilitated journeys.

His work has taken him across India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Thailand and the UK, as well as into men's groups and other community gatherings.

One-to-One Breathwork
A private setting allows the session to be shaped around the individual, providing space for greater personal attention, exploration and support.

Small Groups
A more intimate environment can create a powerful combination of personal exploration and shared connection.

Group Journeys & Workshops
Luke has facilitated larger group sessions and workshops, creating spaces where people can explore breathwork while being supported by the energy and presence of the wider group.
